So you have arranged a meet with someone new that you don't know. What is the best thing about a new meet for you and how do you decide that they are someone you wish to meet?

Firstly why; well it's got to be the attraction. Then its all about the thrill, the rush, the anticipation... the butterflies!

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

The best bit about meeting someone new is the potential - learning about them, seeing if the chemistry is right, a chance to tell the same boring stories to someone who hasn't heard them before.

I decide based on how the communication flows in messages and then on a phone call.

For me it's the first kiss. Having gone without kissing for 27 years in my marriage it's very important for me. If the kiss is good the sex is so much better

Good looking, or interesting to talk to, hopefully both.

Don't really like new meets, prefer regular ones if i'm honest but everyone else has lives and i don't.

So what do you consider good looking? I know everyone on here has to start somewhere. How do they get the first meet?

Exactly. Everyone has different opinions on good looking.

I would honestly say go message the girls you find good looking or interesting. Read their profile first, then try and send a short but friendly message, with a face pic if possible. If you can be flexible about when you meet then this ups your chances. Be patient, be honest and expect to be let down, will be a bonus if they are interested because many, many guys message women on here.

For me the decision comes from being physically attracted in the first place and then how the conversation goes. I don't like a man to be too pushy and I like someone who has a sense of humour. The best thing during a social is getting to know him, having a chat and a laugh and then hopefully the sexy kiss at the end

It's the anticipation, nerves, butterflies, excitement all milling around together. By the end of the first coffee/drink I generally know if I'll get on with someone.

Deciding - messages tell you a lot, I don't do pushy or demanding. A chat on the phone is a big decider as I'm a sucker for voices. Plus you can tell much more about someone by chatting on the phone.

It's got to be the first kiss you can tell so much about the person you are about to be intimate with

we love to kiss - very sensual and arousing - get to that stage and the rest tends to flow well enough

"How do they get the first meet?"

Last night, for example. I was chatting to about 8 guys, ignoring anyone else coz i wasn't interested in them as much and had more than enough conversations going that i could keep up with. So here you can see that even if you are talking to someone on here you still have competition.

Arranged a meet with one of the 8 coz he has been messaging me for months now, he didn't turn up so two of the other guys who expressed they wanted to turn up that night i decided i would arrange something with either of these guys (they both knew i already had the other meet planned and he hadn't turned up), went for the one that i was sure would turn up and was nearest, he turned up.

And although it it fairly easy to get a meet once you get someone interested in you and can keep them interested, you can still see that you always have other competition on here all the time, that might be easier to meet up with or more convenient for the lady to meet with. And they're likely to have been speaking to some guys for a while on here, or even been meeting some regularly as well, and they are likely to prioritise these guys over any new guys they talk to. Personally that's what i do.

You could do socials or clubs to get known on the scene, and it might be more likely that you get some action as well, but it's not a given here either.

"Personally that's what i do."

So once you have decided to meet someone, where is the best place. I can always accommodate as I stay in a hotel, but does that scare people away?

You'd have to ask them.

Plenty of people prefer a hotel as they think it's safer, but if you're traveling round the country a lot i have noticed some people do not like the idea of meeting someone they might not see again. So could work either way for you, is down to the persons preferences.

What do you prefer? Hotel or somewhere else?

Have met guys in a hotel, but felt bad about them spending their money on it and i offered to go halves but they were gents and said no.

Like i said though, you'd have to ask them. What i personally like other people might not, so ask the people who want to meet you. You seem to have only two options at the moment, either accom in a hotel or go to their place.

Wouldn't worry too much about where you meet, in fact try not to panic too much about anything in case it makes you more nervous when messaging. Things either go well for you or not, just deal with the knockbacks and enjoy anything you do get out of this site. Good luck, hope things go well for you on here.

It's comforting meeting someone on the same wavelength, similar humour and interests (in and out of the bedroom)
