Ok so from as young as I can remember I have always gone to sleep with music on, be it a mixed tape ive made, to mini discs, cds and now my phone..

Its a daily occurence for me to wake up with headphones wrapped around me.. Does anyone else do this?

Woodthorpe

Occasionally but always headphone free. I'd probably strangle myself in my sleep. Jack Johnson is great to fall asleep to

Have you seen the pillows you get with the speakers in them? Not sure if they're comfy, but wouldn't mind one of them myself!

I did this all the time at university when I was in a noisy house. Zero 7 always a winner, massive attack too as the poster above says. I'd listen to a lot of classical music too.

I travel with work and can only drop off in hotels with my earphones in. As for music I don't have a particular chill out playlist

I travelled to JFK with someone who does this, all I could hear when his earphones fell out was Diamond on the Soles of her Shoes and You Can Call Me Al on repeat for over 4 hours.

OP, have you got Spotify? They have playlists for this which are regularly updated and change. It's great.

Enigma - Albums 1 through 4.

By the way OP, have you thought about a pair of Bluetooth sports headphones - far less cable for early morning strangulation!
