I'm a size 12 and find they look at you kinda strange when you ask for that nice pair of shoes in a 12.... And then go no but we can order you them in for 3 weeks

Im a 15/16, can sometimes get the odd pair of trainers in sport n ski but mostly shop online with walk tall or jacamo.

Sometimes see a few on ebay aswell.

So yeah is a real pain in the arse for me.

I take a 13, I know where to look for shoes in shops.

High & Mighty,

Brantanos,

Army Surplus store/ camping shop (for safety boots)

It depends what you are looking for, how patient you are. I have a problem getting cycling shoes to fit me.

East Manchester

Don't have much of a problem finding what I want but it's always from internet shops.

The problems I have had is that some brands must use a different reference method for sizing their shoes, a size 13 from one company can be either 14 or 12 depending on the company making them. I always buy known brands so when it comes to sizes I know they will fit.

I am the smallest in the family at size 13, got 2 brothers who are size 14 & 15 and they buy shoes the same way.

I take a 13, finding males in shops is quite easy, you need patience and time. Try Clarkes.

I know it is impossible to find a pair of affordable killer heels in a 13.

Is everything proportionate?

BSE

I am a 12 or 13. I find Boss 12s fit as they are wider fitting but other 12s are a mare. I have Adidas GSG9s for work and at size 13 they were tight when I got them.

Had some Samuel Windsor brogues that fitted perfectly but then 2 pairs of boots I bought were too tight

So if anyone of size 11 to 12 wants to buy 2 pairs of boits and a pair of Church brogues let me know.

I now, usually try all the things I need in shops...Bicester is ideal...then come home and purchase on line.

As a size 12 I find it annoying when staff assume I have a correspondingly huge cock.

This is followed by embarrassment when I pull out my mediocre todger and staff and customers compare it to my brogues !

The last time this happened was plum Clinkhards !!!

South East Midlands NOT

My ex was a 13 and mostly wore trainers. I used to just go into sports direct and ask them to get out everything they had in a 13. Job done!

Go into the shop, at least then you can see what they have 'in the flesh' and try things on. things often look/feel different when on I find!
