Can someone put me right on this. To have a photo on your profile it needs to be verified is this correct? Thanks Dave

What needs to be verified? Your profile? If that's what you mean then No. Everyone can upload pictures onto their profile

No someone i was chatting to isn't verified but has pictures on their profile but they don't have the green verification flag on their profile. I've got a feeling it could be a guy posing as a lady??

Like I said ^^^^ you don't have to be verified to have pictures on your profile. Anyone can upload pictures but they have to be approved by Admin. If you think someone is fake then report them.
