Hereabouts

I can't wrap my head around wearing knickers with a suspender belt. Which goes on first? Knickers on first and you can't easily get them off unless you rip them or undo the buckle bits. Suspender belt on first and it looks silly!

No knickers isn't always an option.

Anyone else had this issue? How did you resolve it?

If I wear knickers they go on over the suspenders. I don't think it looks silly and nobody complained yet.

Always knickers on last over top of suspenders , otherwise like others have said , you end up in a right tangle ! Then you can keep suspenders , stockings and heels on, so alls good.

Crotchless knicks then suspenders on, if you prefer the look of straps on top, part the crotch for a loo stop and keep them on for fxxxxxg, feels great to have lace pressing both sides too.
