"Douchebags with neck beards and crocs on their feet." "There is no such thing as fashion anymore. The times that everyone wore certain fads have long since gone. You can wear anything nowadays, without fear of ridicule as you will usually be part of a some kind of tribe or subculture. Hipsters are the saddoes who change their hairstyle as frequently as their socks and don't realise they are being laughed at. I always get the feeling that a hipster has no personal sense of style, and will wear whatever some plastic faced nobhead like Versace tells them. Edina Monsoon is a hipster. Would you want to be be like Eddie sweetie? I'm chanting as I type this. Ciao. " now now .... it's one thing having a bit'o banter about yoof subcultures but it's another thing expressing such vitriol .... no need to be so nasty .... unless you're taking the piss out of mods or scooter boys, they're fair game | |||

A hipster will fanny around in cowboy boots, jeggings, mohair jumper and a doily on his head if GQ, Tatler or Vogue tell them. They read The Emperors New Clothes as kids, and thought he looked fabulous.
