My ankle has been painful for about two weeks now, tendons feel tender and sore, but to the best of my knowledge I have now twisted my ankle, it's the slippery slope of old age I fear lol

That slope was when you were 21.

Before 21 it was a cold, after it becomes flu.

Before 21 you can pull a groin playing Headers n Volleys and be fine later that day, after 21 your talking a few weeks out.

I got told this when I was 20 and was like 'Fuuuck off' but its true.

Age is in the head its a number . But when you feel not right its ages people ... Just over having kidney stones I felt older for a year now its 21 again .lol
