The right place

I love the forums but I find myself lurking more and more. So many topics repeat themselves and often by the time I get to a thread someone has already said more or less what I would have said.

I do comment on a few but I also enjoy watching what others are saying.

I realise that there isn't really a question here. Just an observation.

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

I was thinking pretty much the same... maybe time for a break from the forum for me, and come back in a few weeks feeling less jaded with it.

Glad its not just me feeling it

Don't stop checking the forums. If you don't read them, how can you be sure they exist?

I love lurking especially on some of the more controversial topics. While i may not be brave enough to join in, I do like reading different _iews on those topics. Others I pick and choose if I read or feel may have ssomething to contribute. Equally, having been off work a couple of days I have found the uniqueness missing. But then i haven't initiated a scintillating thread and with new members all the time i expect some repetition. Her

I'm a bit of a lurker, but post on the funny threads sometimes, I leave the political and serious stuff well alone

I lurk quite often and comment now and again. There are certain threads that I watch with interest but would never comment on, for fear of getting banned if I really said what I though!

I can't be bothered to comment on threads asking for profile advice any more. I did that on three threads one Sunday morning and by the time I came back from lunch all three had become UNLOS

Haha! A guy recently asked if his profile was 'shit' and I said 'no, more colon like' meaning 'real close'. I thought it was funny but he went UNLOS

Haha! They only exist when you use them. When you're logged off, they disappear.

I have seen a few comedy posts on here but they get shot down , the problem might be that there are far too many serious people , not going to say humourless bastards as I'll get shot down in .....

just make a little comment in the threads you want to keep an eye on and then find them in posts you posted on feature

Manchester Area

The forums have always been up and down, people post for a while, then lurk. It's good to see people coming back and sad to see some leave.

Can remember in the past some really annoying people, who you may say 'thank god they left and wise sages, who are missed
