If i am getting a new mobile phone has to be easy for me .. what have you found best.?

Not had a mobile phone for months as old ones not working .. But feel I may like one that I can go on net and face time with my family . Is there a easy one out there I could get . I can hand my old one in get a new one . I know nothing about them and family I ask but not really said what is best for me . xx

If you want to FaceTime, it has to be an Apple iPhone. They're intuitive and hardy so it's a good choice. I like the Nokia Lumias too, but my work one broke easily.

Are they easy or not.? Is there choice . I have not a clue about phones .

iPhones are very easy to use - they're my choice for my personal phone. Nokia Lumias are a little more difficult to use but are starting to get better features (wireless charging plate, the camera and the Cortana feature are all amazing).

I'd go with an iPhone though as they're reliable and Apple are usually very good at fixing problems within warranty.

Go with an iPhone always go back to them when i have changed I also have a blackberry for work, don't like it at all

Be just nice to have music on my phone too. My family o say oo basic is fine but no I wish to move up . Just got a new music center and you can put your phone in for the music too.

There are still some easy phones with keypads around, which you can pick up close to a tenner.

If you're looking for an easy smartphone, the Nokia Lumias are good, and the Lumia 635 is simple to use, nice and clear screen layout and menu to do stuff. Like many of the others, you can talk to it, to get it to do stuff, like send messages, add reminders etc.

I'd recommend staff getting them to show you a variety in use, so that you can decide if they are easy enough for you to manage.

I like keypad phones, as you can text in the dark or without looking, if you're experienced. Otherwise those that you can speak to them and they write and send it for you are good too.

The memory's terrible. I went and got a 16GB SD card then I had to uninstal everything then download it again.
