Oozing ripe creamy Brie stuffed with truffles, St Agur, Stinking Bishop and a nice bit of Sage Derby for my youngest

Canadian cheddar, Roquefort, Danish blue, Gruyere, buffalo mozerella and a mild Brie. Served with grapes, homemade chutneys and sweet chilli peppers. I usually bake a camembert and top with a chilli glaze and put in the centre for dunking bread into as an extra treat. Not forgetting the Mini babybels, laughing cows and cheese strings for the kids.

Wensleydale and cranberries

Wensleydale and apricot

Chive and something or other..

I have a stone jar in the fridge, with creamy Stilton.. I'm determined not to take the wax off the top... But it's not looking likely!

Dorset Blue Vinny proper strong, unpasteurised version is best, if not a little risky. All served on a Dorset Knob.

Oh for pete's sake Google before you choke on your hovis!

near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack!

I don`t know about what I want on a cheese board but I would be very upset if there was anything that has the same consistancy as Edam or Leerdammer. Fekkin rubber cheese!
