They did a documentary on channel 5 once and a guy put an intrivenus drip into his sack and filled it with a litre of fluid

There was a programme on TV about it where guys pump saline into private parts, couldn't get my head around it, wanting to know why they would do this.

Osmosis will gradually move it all out of the tissues and into the body's normal systems and it will be excreted.

There is the risk that it will leave skin and other tissues distorted.
