Ok, question for everyone. Is it normal on here to just be chatting, then for no apparent reason for the other party to block you? I literally can't see anything in my last message that could cause that kind of offense.

that's because you wrote it. the recipient could have interpreted just one simple word as something that put them off.

Their choice, their decision. move on.

99% of the time, in my opinion, there's a reason...

Yep, it could be classed as normal behaviour on here I'm afraid. Forget it and move on.

Silence is the most perfect expression of scorn... So don't give it a nano second of thought and move forward.....

"Um eh...who cares?

Did I ask if anyone cares?

I asked if it was normal behavior on here? Fairly significant difference I believe.

Appreciate that, and could understand it if that's what I'd done. Anyhoo, moving on...

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

There's always a reason, even if that might be hitting the wrong button on a small, fiddly screen.

I have had exactly the same experience. And more than once, suggesting that my profile isn't so great on a second read through. Quite surreal but I didn't dwell on it for too long.

Occasionally a block comes out of a clear blue sky. No point in dwelling on it. Written messages can often be misinterpreted or land in a way that you did not anticipate. Remember that you have no real idea as to what is going on for the recipient in their world.

Accept that they have their reasons and are under absolutely no obligation to inform you why.

This is the Internet, they do things differently here.

We block fequently, too young, text speak, one liners, cock picks and friend requests are all main reasons - means they haven't read the profile.
