Chicken marinated in soy sauce with ketchup and honey, added garlic later, fried in olive oil, with basmati rice and broccoli.

We had a full Sunday dinner with Roast Pork. Ate that much of the crackling beforehand that I didn't feel very hungry sitting down to eat.

P.S We have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Although Larry might tell you different
