How do you wrap your presents?

Matching paper and tag with ribbon and bows? Or maybe a gift bag with tissue paper?

Or just any old christmas gift wrap and a label?

I'm investing in plain recyclable brown paper, as tired of filling up my bin with gift wrap I can't recycle.

Any old gift wrap and label, as long as they are christmas themed, would not wrap someones xmas pressie in happy birthday paper, lol. If i'm feeling generous i may stick a bow on it aswel.

If someone gave me a Christmas present in just the carrier bag it came in they'd get a gruff look from me.

A world all of his own

How do I wrap my presents? Bloody terribly usually . Just paper and a tag, can't be faffed with ribbons and whatnot, it'd only end up looking worse

I spend ages on wrapping , labels to match paper too. Plus write clues or silly little messages on the label, my parents always did this , my sister and I have continued the tradition!

I confused the hell out out of myself wrapping slippers yesterday, both said L on the bottom so I thought - crap I've got two left feet, I'll have to return them! Then I twigged it was L for large!

Yeah, it's very little effort to wrap something.

If I was giving someone money as a gift I'd get a money envelope or a greeting card to put it inside, I wouldn't just hand them money.

I wrap each of my kids presents in a different wrapping paper so I know who's is who.

Whatever is left over from when Mrs P has finished. No label.

Sometimes I'll get the shopkeeper to wrap a present, they never seem to mind.

Try to make an effort, but due to lack of time and ever growing mountain of presents it starts with presents getting wrapped up with matching gear and ending with present being wrapped in whatever is at hand!!!!

the good lands, the bad lands, the any where you may want me lands

I buy so few presents presently that I usually purchase from an emporium with a gift wrap service. It saves the hassle of having to choose a paper with colours and a design that you can't see or appreciate anyhow. Ribbons, Yes! the special ones for the special people have to have wonderfully tactile ribbons

I am wrapping my presents up right now! And each individual has their own paper and matching tag along with ribbons and bows!

Next year I'm not buying as many presents as it's so time consuming

But they so look very pretty

Any xmas paper. No labels, just kept separate so I know who they are for.

South East Midlands NOT

I looooooove wrapping presents! Mine are usually plain paper-silver or gold, with a ribbon in the colour the recipient likes. I sometimes use tissue paper but always, always with a ribbon. I curl the ribbon ends rather than making a bow and usually add extra to make it 4, 6 or 8 strands or curled ribbon.

I love wrapping gifts so much that i've volunteered my skills to a charity, who are giving practical gifts to homeless people as well as feeding them.
