"Help me!! I like to think I'm fairly savvy when it comes to technology nut this has got me stumped. My phone keeps telling me I have insufficient storage on it. When I go to the storage bit on the settings it's telling me I have 10gb of internal storage available...is that a lot or not a lot? I can't update or install any new apps on it and it's pissing me off lol I dint have that many downloaded apps and games on it etc. Am i best off doing a factory reset and clearing it all back to as new?" What phone is it,and how big is the sd card if you have one,and do you know the phones memory size without any external cards etc..

I'm sure there's plenty you can remove without causing any problem. see what you can transfer to the sd card and also transfer any photos to your pc. That should resolve most of your issues

Ive spent a year taking stuff off mine when I didnt need to by the looks" I reset my phone. Spent ages ages emailing my photos to myself and writing down numbers only to have them all restore for me. What I did forget about were my One note notes. I'm hoping I won't need any of the information I had written on there
