I rarely block and delete messages without reading them and answering even if with a polite thanks but no thanks.

So why cant guys just accept it , why do they have to ask why I have decided no , or bombard me with messages trying to change my mind or even worse send back nasty name calling messages.

Come on guys , politeness costs nothing

Not all guys are like that, if someone turns me down i always reply with a....."Thankyou for taking the time to reply" message, manners cost nothing and go a long way.

I've had a few nasty messages but mostly when i say no thanks they just don't reply back, very rare I get an ok thanks for the reply anyway off anyone

We are polite to all messages as they took time to contact even a polite if not interested never had any back lash from just this so have not got a clue why folk are like it not worth the effort trying to figure out

A few female friends get nasty messages sometimes the same as you.My own view is they do it to get a reaction/reply off the recipient so think be an arse and get at least a reply,even if its a verbal volley back.I message fems/cpls and always finish my message with a " Have a good night/day etc " If I get no reply then I ain't what they are looking for.... No need to be a d@#k

I know that not all guys are like this and am pleased to say that most are polite

I find its best not to react I had a guy call me a fat cunt the other day cause I gave him a polite thanks but no thanks i replied with

oi that's mistress fat cunt to you

strangely i made him laugh he said he liked my sense of humor and he was sorry for being rude, we got chatting and after a while he asked if I would like to meet so I replied .....what this fat cunt!! and stopped mailing him which pissed him off no end cause he actually though he was getting somewhere

I don't reply anymore because people can't take rejection on fab usually name calling or constant msge why why why? I find it quite intimadating hence I don't rely n delete only block if nasty

I am always polite without fail, if I get no reply I just leave it, if I get a thanks but no thanks, I just leave it, no point in getting stressed out about it and being rude gets us guys no where. We are not all arseholes girls, there are a few gents left.

I started a thread a few days ago pondering the reasins why some women delete polite messages without reading them - or seemingly though! It was locked!!

Anyway, back to the OP's question: I pride myself on eing polite no matter what. And if a lady says "thanks but no thanks", then not being funny, that's pretty much where it should be left. I don't know why some people get abusive, but at least you get an idea as to what they're like and you can know you've dodged a bullet if they do.

I do wish people were more polite!
