"so ive always been a big bloke, not really bothered, but lately had a few heath issues, and ontop of that swinging is a very body Conscious hobbies so ive been doing fitness and martial arts, twice a week and fuck i hurt and im tired. i just hope its worth it. also i hope it help me pull hotter women, but thats just a bonus . No point to this post im just in pain and want to moan " Get a dog a big one with dinosaur fangs then you can get exercise walking it. | |||

OP there are plenty of sites you can look into to find out a work out routine that suits you as unfortunately its not a one fits all situation . I you the body building web site as there is a good support forum there and so many work outs to choose from.
