No meet blues

Once again my weekend has gone tits up and no meet on the cards, what do you do to cure the no meet blues? Think mines going to be a bottle of white and coffee cake lol

Personally, I do not like to meet every weekend, as I need time to do things around the house (I don't do a lot, however, the little that I do takes time), to unwind and to catch up on sleep and relaxation.

Therefore, I shall enjoy a lazy weekend myself!

Got two lovely DVDs waiting to be watched, Sherlock Holmes with Robert Downey Jr, and It's Complicated with Alec Baldwin, bliss!

robert downey is mesmering as sherlock ...i couldnt take my eyes off him ...brillaint film .. im having quiet weekend too ...

I agree with you...I don't meet, and certainly don't want to meet, every week as I have a life outside of swinging!

During the week it's very busy, and by the time I get home it's just time to catch up with family before going to bed.

The weekend is spent doing those things you put off...til the weekend! Today I'll do all my housework as usual and finish my latest Baldecci over a glass or three of rioja. Later it's dinner with my daughter and her boyfriend in town, she returned from the middle east yesterday, off to Kenya tomorrow.

Tomorrow it's an all day pampering session, hair, nails and eyebrows.

i find it hard to believe that you couldnt get meets whenever you wanted

stick the meet today thing up and take your pick lol

I do get quite a lot of offers but I am a bit picky and as I only get to play a couple of times a month, I choose carefully, so it's really annoying when something happens and I get a cancellation, so coffee cake bought lol

Well my sexy fella away at the mo but keeping myself busy taking wallpaper off me bedroom...

Hoping its all done and decorated before he returns shortly.

well we kinda thought we might play out on friday night but did not find anyone suitable so we stayed in and had a nice meal and far too much wine. kids back home now so its being Mum & Dad for the rest of the weekend lol.
