I look at updates regularly. My friends especially. How is it that the 'non friends' ones are ALL from blokes? Do women or couples never update? Just curious...

Mine are all from women and couples, I presume it's linked to your preferences or filters.

I update mine to looking for a fuck right now or not looking.

So yeah some women do update them. Nothing in mine right now though.

Do you have 'looking for women and m/f couples' on your profile?

If not, then they will not show in your updates.

If you do, maybe they are outside your location range you have set.

I certainly notice far more men than couples and women on my updates, but they are on there

It's based on who you're 'looking to meet'. So if it's only men, only mens updates will show.

Your local hosts will depend on what you're looking for... So unless you have ticked that you're looking for couples and single women they won't show on your feed. That might not apply to you but could be one explanation.

Personally I rarely if ever use status updates as I tend to find that when I do I get more messages... Which I guess is the point but I tend to find that are more from people whose preferences I fit rather than fit mine if that makes sense
