Gym on Saturday Night

I just got back from the gym and there must've been no more than 6 other people.... 'twas quite tranquil, such that I had the whole changing area to my self, even tried a little naturism for about 30 seconds following a peaceful shower!

It's far too cold to go outside and have fun...so it was a choice between staying in and perusing netflix, or using this shiny new membership.

Am I getting old?

Hmm...anyone else feel like they can't be arsed with the Fri/Sat night tradition of going out on the town?

Can't afford to go out on the town at a weekend so we tend to make our own entertainment at weekends.

One of our gym Sat night regulars was missing this evening. The reason? He was on the beer last night, all three pints of it i'm told.

The gym i joined is 24 hours i used to go regular after i finished work at 10pm, I like it better when it's quiet

For a few weeks at least...

This is a 24 hour one too.. Think I might stick to late sessions on weekends... Can grunt without shame when I'm struggling on the last rep!

My gym closes at 6pm on a Saturday but 10 pm every other night. And is open most days at 0630 is amazing how many in there then

My gym is open 24/7 n I love working out early hours of the morning.... Peaceful

I had a 24/7 gym membership before, never went irregular hours. I think it'd feel a bit eerie at those times.
