Some may recall that some years back my house flooded ..... A three year fight with insurer before house even half finished ...... Ended up 80k outta pocket in the end .... But they decided to sue the supervising architect and the farmer responsible for drains ..... Not heard a peep from lawyer since 2011 ..... Have just opened mail ...... There a" have apparently been "developments" ...... Think it may be too much to hope I will get my money back though

Me too ..... Was three years from hell .... I even ended up raising an action against insurer to get some things moving and for them to honour their word about some of the works ....,... Grrrrrrr

Had forgotten all about ten suing everyone and just assumed they had swept it all under carpet
