So I see this hot girl in town wearing a Blur Tour shirt from a gig that I'd been too and I blurt out OMG I went to that gig did you go too?

Then I realise she was probably not even born when it took place!

What's the best gig shirt you have in your collection?

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

All of mine have great memories.

I've enough gig tshirts to fund several world tours... ranging from Robbie Williams, to Download and other festivals.

Possible favourites would be Iron Maiden or Thirty Seconds to Mars for various reasons.

Yes the Ramones ones always make me chuckle especially when it's some 20 something chav who not only doesn't know who they are but would never in a million years listen to their music

My favourite is my Vestral Masturbation T shirt that I was arrested for wearing

The front has a nun masturbating with a crucifix and the rear says Jesus is a cunt

Deicide don't you just love em

Have plenty of others but a night in the cells for wearing that one brings back memories

My faves to wear were my Sonic Youth Goo one and my Curve one since they were (a rarity back then) actually girl fit ones. And the word Curve actually did across my boobs in a pleasing manner. I still have a drawer full of baggy guy T-shirts although my Mega City Four and Kingmaker ones went the way of my younger brother. For some reason he didn't nick my Hips, Tits, Lips, Power Silverfish one. And I kept my Phoenix festival last Stuffies gig hidden from him.

I've had a this machine kills facists one for a few years (surprisingly I own the odd political tee too!), this one is actually a picture of him

I lost all my mega city 4 tee shirts and I even had the Miles Apart and Tranzaphobia ones

I had the Goo one too, along with Joy Division that appears to be increasingly popular in a Ramones-esque way..

I would kill for that stuffies tee

the best T-Shirt I never brought was watching Mega City Four. the support band were Midway Still and they had a brilliant take off of a Converse logo. Was a poor student at the time and couldn't afford it and was gutted. Saw them about a year ago and d*unkenly went up to the lead singer to ask if they had any left in stock. He thought I was mad as it had been about 22 years earlier!!!!!

If I remember rightly were they Blue T-Shirts? They are still going and are recording a new album at the moment. Saw them last year and they were still good, also saw them at a charity gig supporting Snuff a couple of years before that.
