3 time wasters did this in the past 3 weeks! What's the point?

It's unfortunate that this has happened to you three times OP but as someone else said, you need to look at the way you go about things.

And saying it's their loss is not true really is it? They didn't turn up for whatever reason so they obviously didn't want to meet so it's not a loss to them.

Cancelling does not make someone a timewaster in my opinion. After all, it's better than being stood up!

If they had stood you up then I'd agree that they're timewasters. We all have the right to change our mind about a meet and these people obviously exercised that right.

Maybe you said or did something in the run up to the meets to make all three change their minds about meeting you. They at least cancelled so are not time wasters. I'd be looking at your own behaviour more seeing as you have had the same results ftom three different people.

Sometimes you need to cancel a meet for good reason. We did recently, life throws things up and plans have to be changed.

It's unfortunate that three people have cancelled on you though.

Have contingency plans for things like this, meets or otherwise. The club you'll visit, film to see, doing a good deed for others, getting in touch with people you know etc
