Been at same company 10 yrs got certificate and £100 vouchers just wonderd what sort of think u get ?

My ex husband got £100 vouchers for Christmas, AFTER leaving the company after only 2 years of working there. I reckon you deserve more than that!

so do I before company got took over got either 450 -500 or 5 days holiday for attendance bonus worked out 1/4 ly , my mate was off 6 month got still got 80 . We get now get £25 vouchers at Xmas !

My 10 years at Pets At Home I had an all expenses paid trip to Manchester. Night for a friend and I in a top hotel, 3 course meal free champagne and drinks all night for us both. Certificate and a bottle of vintage champagne.

I knew someone who worked in a place for 10 years and they gave him money every single week of it!....even when he took holidays!

Not sure what else people 'deserve'....surely anything is a bonus.

At john lewis 25 years u get 6 month off at the year before wage ! So I believe

I work for a very important government service and after my ten years service I received £200 vouchers and an extra 3 days holiday but they've now changed our holiday entitlement to hours which wiped out the extra days
