"I suffer from insomnia often. Try aromatherapy... Chamomile tea before bed should help (if it doesn't work straight away, don't give up! I know the taste isn't amazing but it helps!) and try some lavender essential oil. A few drops on your pillow, in the palm of your hands and some in a late night, hot bath should help x" its an acquired taste but i don't mind it. but i will look in to these essential oils | |||

"Stop exercising late. You're brain won't relax with all that adrenaline pumping blood around your body. There are relaxing breathing techniques I learned at the hospital that help but takes a lot of focus. " i wish i could but the hours i work(sometimes) leave little time for anything but that. exercising is a big release for me. i take everyday stress and put it in to that hour or two work out. the bonus has also been going from 18+ stones to looking a feeling better than my last body pic i put up ![]() | |||
