Been on fab for 2months now. Great site. One thing ive noticed thou is if a guy is confident. Ie puts body pictures up..happy with there looks..etc some people take it on themselves to try and knock that confidence out of you. Ie..your big headed because your happy with your looks or hide the body picture you fat cunt. Just 2 examples there. Im sure guys do it to you ladys aswell but i only chat to women. So my question is do any ladies/or guys look to put people down?

No I dont look to put people down.

At times my wit and humour is lost on people, understandable when your talking with your fingers and a keyboard.

My advice; unless you ask for opinions, take no notice of them - its only the internet.

look every negative is a blow to your confidence what some women don't realise is thoughtless blocks knock your confidence but think some people for the fun of it will knock you but ignore them ,plenty of good people here

I've had abusive messages in the past and they bothered me for a while but when I weighed up the amount of nasty messages I got to the compliments and offers, there was no competition

I couldn't careless what people think about how I look, at the end of the day, I'm happy with myself and how I look and that's what matters

Take absolutely no notice at all of the low life's who go out of their way just to be cruel. It's them that will be sat at home with their hand

No definitely not, I don't look at other guys profiles, if I did I'd never put them down. I'd certainly never put a woman down about her appearance, it's a golden rule in life. Take it as a compliment mate, they're obviously jealous of you. Us humans come in all shapes and sizes and we all find different things attractive, just block them and forget about it

There will always be those who can make themselves better by dragging others down .That can be anywhere , not just here . The main thing is why would a total strangers opinion on you matter anyway?

Just be you , look at the comments from the negative Nellies as an early warning that they ain't ppl you'd want to even meet. They just saved you wasting any further energy on them, move on to speak to the decent ppl on here x

I am me and there is nothing anyone can say or do to change that. If they don't like my pics or don't want to meet me, well there's plenty more fish in the sea!

To be fair, I am not knocked for looks (I get some comments about my pics being too tame) etc but I am treated as if I don't know/ understand how the scene/ life style works because I am relatively new to Fab.

There is nothing wrong with being proud of your body or physique but i think people like someone who may be a little humble as well, stating on your profile your fabulous may appear a tad conceited and arrogant.

A woman would like you to admire her body also and not vainly strut around like a cock in a chicken coup admiring your own and some women like an intelligent mind for conversation more than a parading guy.

With the age gap and sub/dom we get a large number of abusive messages mostly saying I'm abused or Phil is a child snatcher

(I've never been treated so well in my life)

One of my favourites though was a couple. The guy spent all day texting me various sexy scenarios, compliments telling me I was going to be a better shag that his wife. Then he was saying I should leave Phil and run off with him. Which I declined. There started the tirade of abuse calling me fat, ugly, fat legs etc. I "won" this by sending all his complimentary texts back to him saying "now tell me I'm fat." And he started begging for the meet to be back on...

That knocked me down really badly and I avoided fab for a few months. Sometimes this site is great and it has made me feel the best about myself I've ever felt but occasionally someone can break you back down to where you started.

It's just the way it is, I had my confidence stolen from me in the school years... Hanging out with my mate, his girlfriend at the time and her mate... Her mate turns round and states... "if you hung out with better looking friends we could double date"... Such a small comment that has stayed with me forever!

It's a life skill fella. Some of the jealous or insecure will try to drag others down. It's your choice if you let them succeed with you.

let me give you an example messaging is very much detached from reality one person could read a message one way another reads it completely different,so a block without meeting having chatted for ages and got on I see as unfair because in reality you would probably get on with that person ,it also makes situations like going to clubs and interacting with the community in public areas such as this awkward it makes another person feel insecure in my opinion for little reason
