Yes there are, but you shouldn't expect them to fit in your narrow description. Flashing is a part of exhibitionism, but exhibitionism is not just flashing.

It's a much much broader spectrum.

I am friends with a submissive girl who loves being an exhibitionist for me, on camera. As an example.
