Last year I picked one of the stuffiest people in work to buy for. Typical I was flummoxed what to buy her. I was told that secretly she was a bit of a one so I got her Christmas pudding nipple tassels. She was made up with them.

I got a leather collar once from my boss (we had to narrow it down to figure out who gave me it) - i was fucking gobsmacked at the time, so was everyone in the office!!!
