People have the option to select an age range should they choose.

Therefore there has to be a start/end point.

Why get stressed due to one or two profiles you can't contact when there are hundreds you can?

I've see profiles that say they will only meet people who are +/- 1 year from their own age. I.e. 24 year old looking for men age 23-25. Makes me giggle a bit.

People have preferences, I get that, but sometimes I wonder how much thought they genuinely put into it?

Each to their own I guess. . .

Everyone has their criteria for potential meets.

Age is one that you can't control and a key factor for some. It will limit their choices sometimes.

There are other limiting factors though.

Location. Sexuality. Body style.

Or only being able to meet during certain hours on specific days - which will rarely fit in with other peoples commitments.

If they have set it in relation to their own ages you best keep watching, you may get lucky and your birthday come before theirs so you creep inside the age range before they change it

Better than leaving it at 18-99.

Not many 45 yr olds would get a look in at an 18 yr old or would want to try n poke a 99 yr old.....that makes me giggle.

(Ok I did meet/play with a 19 yr old last year....but that was only coz I knew and played with her mum)

No, not in the slightest as I've chosen my age range very carefully too. It's based on past experience and local people outside my range that I don't want contact with

I'm too old for many on here but there are also plenty who seem to like the older woman so I'm not complaining

I've said before when we first started our age range was 25-45.... Our first meet was a 21/47 year old.... We scrapped it after that and had loads of fun with both ends of the age range.

I think it's fair enough on line as you have to narrow things down a bit, but in a club scenario it boils down to who you click with.

Exactly!

Or just get out and about to clubs and socials. I've yet to see anyone wearing their age on a badge - you make decisions there based on the all important criteria of attraction, conversation and 'clickabity' - rather than on numbers/words on a page.

I've only been blocked on age a few times but no, it doesn't bother me. I can't do anything to change my age.

Being excluded for my size is more annoying because I can change that, if I can be bothered, so it's entirely my own fault!
