Genuine question can anybody recommend somewhere I can get a first class sports massage local ? I would look on Google but the last one I got was awful and it had 5 star reviews.

So hard to get a decent deep tissue massage. I've been to physio/sports masseurs - even went to the institute of massage, where they train them. Either I am hard as nails or they had princess fingers

try uk sports therapists website its an organisation so at least you have someone to complain to if your not happy and they would have to be of a standard to join

I go for a massage every 4 weeks and feels loads better for it. I work long hours doing manual work, you dont realise how broken you are until you have the first session.

It hurts like mad with everything clicking and crunching.

Try find somebody who does it from home as a small business, I pay £18 for 50 mins but some places such as salons etc charge £50+
