I think its an amazing series, but none of my friends do so ive nobody to discuss it with .... So if any of you forumites are with me fancy discussing it?

I've seen them all but recently started from the beginning coz I just can't wait all week for the next one lol.

Michonne definitely needs her sword and Daryl needs his bow, he's lost it a few times but always gets it back...thank god! Lol

I've got a double barrel and 3000 rounds. Will see how far that gets us before we leg it to another part of the country. Barricade us in and see what happens

I'm watching season 3 again ATM so I might clarify this myself, but I never understood why the governor was so bad! They had a nice village, he seemed to look after his people, loved his daughter etc.... Seemed to me he was no worse than Rick.

The time rick shot the two guys in the bar just coz he didn't wanna share supplies and the tortured Randell I was quite appalled. Id like to think I wouldn't do that but who knows in the circumstances

I heard rumors they were going to put him and beth together...I was like, what the hell, how old is she supposed to be?!?! Googled it and she's supposed to be 4 years older, in reality tho she's 29 and he's 15. Surely they can't do that!

He was fucking nuts from the off!! He took michonne and andrea from the woods to woodbury, not long after they went out and raided some troops nearby's supplies and killed them all, he tried to have michonne killed when she learned he was nuts and tried to escape woodbury.. then after andrea escapes, he kills merle, recaptures her and leaves her locked in a room with whatsifsace who is about to turn into a walker lol.

It was season 3 when I noticed him too mmmmm. Even looking back at the earlier seasons he was ugly then tho lol and he's admitted he works on those guns all the time coz of the short sleeves. Good on those wardrobe people

Did anybody suspect Eugene wasn't who he said he was. Ffs why would you believe some geek wandering alone in the street, especially Rick's group who'd been to the CDC and been told first hand there wasn't a cure. Even if I gave him the benefit of the doubt I'd insist he told me or I wouldn't protect him. If he died the cure would die with him, so surely at that point of humanity, if you were genuine, you'd want as many people as possible to know.

The comics are amazing - buy the compendiums 8 books in one for about £25 on amazon) and I guarantee you'll love them! You'll get to see a far more evil governor and a character called negative who makes him look like a saint! And you can read them without ruining the show as they are SO different

The priest does seem very dodgy, but then again I think everyone does in the beginning, maybe he'll be OK but I doubt is as that's what you'd expect from a priest!

I like that point. I'm definitely paying more attention to what going on second time round, and contecting more with the characters. I think I was, as you suggest, always waiting for something to happen first time.

Yeah definitely if you watch season 1 they are fast, climb fences, go under cars, use bricks to smash windows, still look half decent and god they take a bashing to kill them. But now they are rotting corpses that they can walk right past and head splatters into bits with the slightest tap lol

I think so, yes. (Morgan - the guy who lost his wife and son and was defending his house??) saw his face briefly near the beginning of the series, looking at one of the maps to terminus.

I think the directors / writers have the dates all mixed up. When they were at the CDC it was day 163. When they arrived at the prison the prisoners argued it was either day 292 or 294… but Andrea and michonne said they had been on their own 7 to 8 months and Lori was about to give birth so how could it have been 130 days after the CDC? Plus if it was day 292 at the prison that wouldve meant Lori got pregnant near day one when she clearly didn't as rick only just arrived before the CDC!!!! Oh dear my head is scrambled. Apparently they don't want us to know so maybe they are doing it on purpose!

I think it was Daryl's reaction (very in keeping with this thread) that made it worse. He promised to keep her safe... Well maybe this will push him into Carols arms

Plus if it was day 292 at the parson that wouldve meant Lori got pregnant near day one when she clearly didn't as rick only just arrived before the CDC!!!! Oh dear my head is scrambled. To be honest I felt that Dawn was quite nice and doing her best, it even showed her crying talking about the rape and seemed to show genuine emotions and compassion. So no idea why Beth attacked her. I thought she would've been good to join ricks group.

Plus are the stupid not staying in the hospital, it was clean and safe with medical equipment. I'd have stayed even if I had to take it or occupy a different floor, as it was huge!

Just googled it it said it was day 64 when Candice Jenner died and Jenner filmed it for research. But it was from the comic tho so days may vary.

Dawn was manipulating people and telling them all what they wanted to hear in order to further her own agenda. She kept the people tied to her through having to pay for their food and care (which she often had a hand in causing the ill) and chased down anyone who tried to escape. OK not governor or cannibal bad but still pretty rotten. She did think she was doing it for the greater good though, that's how she appeared sympathetic. The people around her were bad though and she did nothing to stop them

But in his situation wouldn't we all be scared and try to escape...doesn't warrant getting hit with a car and shot in the head and Rick's justification was "you should've stopped"!!! Haha classic line.... I've used similar to blame other when it was clearly me being the unreasonable one
