I find counting to 10 does not always help, so I just blast out what I have to say and watch the firework afterwards!

yes...I counted often...in the end I didn't respond as a very kind lady on here did so in my defense much more elequently than I could have in the state of mind I was in last night...thanks again ...you know who you are
