They are just small blood vessels which become engorged due to straining. They are not contagious, infected or a sign of poor hygiene so what's the big deal?!

When it comes down to it, not so very different to a penis really except you don't have to strain for that to become engorged with blood!!!

When you've had enormous children, hypothyroidism and diabetes, or your parents / ancestors had them you're gonna get them. They're perfectly natural.

I think your confusing two different arse troubles. Dangleberries (aka winnits or tagnuts) are pieces of **** and/or tissue paper that cling to hairs around the ring.... Which is another good reason to keep it hair free.

Piles are quite different and are just a bloody pain in the arse.
