The "Bare necessities" thread immediately made me think of Disney songs, and inspired me to post this.

Hakuna matata - It means 'No worries'

So what's everyone's 'Hakuna matata'? That something you do to chill out and unwind?

Usually a good gym session, but had a pretty major op 3 weeks ago now, so no gym til end of December now

Go for a drive in the countryside or go out for a bike ride. Exercise cheers me up immensely. I got into triathlons when I split with my ex and the buzz I get from pushing myself to the limit really relaxes me..... As daft as it sounds
