I am not a petrol head, that accolade belongs to mrs new, but does everybody else think the new white cars that are all the rage all look a bit chavvy?

If somebody hasn't coined the phrase chav white i now own it..

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

White cars are a bit silly in such a wet (and therefore dirty) country.

But at least they're not grey, which is the default colour for all cars these days.

Drab, unimaginative and utterly lacking in personality. I would genuinely rather have beige than grey.

"Maybe its an economy drive and saving on the metallic paint extra charge."

All we need is a car salesman to come into thie thread and tell us why

There must be some swiss tonys out there in fab land, we know there are, we have seen the pics on the e profiles

I have a Sunday afternoon car, an old Series 2 Jaguar XJ6, white with blood red leather interior. It is beautiful.

Just bragging, he he.
