I need a little advice...

I've offered to cook for a date in a few days. I do tend to cook a lot, but I want some help picking a tasty dish which isn't too time consuming or difficult to make.

Any ideas?

something not too heavy if you're planning fun after, maybe - a stir fry perhaps. Or something to eat with your hands, erotic watching for some

You could try a slow cooked stew. Prepared earlier in the day then just add potatoes an hour before they arrive.

Nothing like having to use ur hands

What about chicken fititas. Chicken can be pre cooked sure after that 15 mins for peppers and then mix all to slizzing

I am sure that's the way all meets should be hot

Linguine

Prawns

Courgette

Cherry Tomatoes

Basil

Olive Oil

Get a pan of water on the boil with a lil salt in it.

Get a large pan, put the olive oil in, add the garlic, chop a few tomatoes up and add these, small amount of white wine too if you have any, its going to cook off but leave some flavour.

Peel the courgette like you would a potato, discard the first peel, then use the ones after so what you have is white ribbons with a small green rim to it.

Add these to the frying pan, a few more tomatoes and then the prawns.

You can add a lil linguine water if too dry. Drain the linguine when ready, throw that in the frying pan and mix it all together.

Stick it on your chicks plate, add a lil more olive oil to it.

Shes going to fucking love it, I could be wrong and it could be a HE, either way, this is a tasty, pretty easy dish.

Dont forget to decorate with a few basil leaves, you can also throw some in earlier to cook with to

Oh yeah I left Chilli off the list, chop a chilli up, discard the seeds and fry that in the oil same time as the garlic
