Anyone for a brew & bacon sarnie?

Kettles boiling, making a big pot of tea. Various types of tea available or have some Americano coffee too.

The fridge is looking full, so have supplies to make bacon or sausage sarnies, fried egg as an added option. Pain au chocolat or croissants too. Even have lots of fruit and natural yogurt if you're being good. What do you fancy for brekkie?

I'm at work again today so I had porridge with goji berries, cinnamon and honey. I'm not one to turn down a full English if there's one on offer though

No tea for me, I don't do hot drinks. A nice bacon butty would go down a treat though... white bread, no butter and a good squirt of extra spicy chilli ketchup would make it perfect.

They're packed with goodness nutritionally. High in protein for a fruit, loads of antioxidants, high in vitamin C, higher iron content than spinach and dietary fiber. Have a google, I'm sure the list of goodness in them is a long one x

P.s. I get mine from Tesco. They're in the same section as where I get my chilli seeds and nut selection
