We've told some. But not others. You kind of gauge the reaction to it so we work on that basis.

My best mate does, and my sister who is like a best mate. Nobody else knows, unless they told anybody but they probably haven't.

I don't talk about meets. Unless something funny happened or something interesting or i think they will fancy them and they'll enjoy talking about their looks, all the sex stuff stays with me coz i don't feel a need to tell them (or anyone else) that.

Best friends know I am on a swingers site, and if I have to turn down a meet with my friends they will get 'sorry I've got arrangements with a guy, catch up with ya later!'. Jobs a good'un.

No-one has been freaked out.. and I dont care if friends chat about it behind my back - but I am doing my bit to 'normalise' the image in their eyes, plus I can never be held to blackmail about what I choose to do in my life.

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

My best mate introduced me to fab, she has since moved on and settled into a monogamous relationship, but she still knows about me on here, and is a back up buddy for meets.

My ex also knows, and again is a back up - but he did that when we were together too, as he was ok with me still meeting.

Yep some loud mouth taxi driver told 1 of our mates that we had been to a club he didn't know his customer knew us and when he mentioned our tattoos she knew straight away who it was!!! Why on earth he was talking to a random customer about us still puzzles us pissed us off slightly!!!!

Well someone messaged me Wednesday

Saying they knew my son but I've never met him or seen him

but he reckons he's met me at a social event

Freaked me out a bit as I seem to remember who I've spoke to on here

He then blocks me

So apart from him know one xx

Some friends know I swing and a few know I use fan. Overall we don't need to share the mundane intricacies of all of life.

I've had neighburs drive me to meets and watch out for safety. If you have the right relationships then it's fine but otherwise on a need to know basis.

It's an open secret. More and more of our friends from London's kink scene are good friends in real life too. So the lines are blurred. People know we go to 'specialist' clubs and use a kinky Facebook-esque site. No one knows the details

That's awful!

I was in a taxi once and the driver started discussing the 'guy who wears a kilt of all fucking things' - his face was a picture when he realised he was slagging me off!
