I don't rate him. I went with a friend to the Notts Arena and was the only person not laughing. I thought his material pretty boring, and not really on a level with a lot of the comedians I see on the circuit. He was getting huge laughs, but I think that was less to do with his material, but more to do with the enthusiasm of his fans, who would have laughed at him reciting his shopping list.

Incredibly funny guy, puts huge effort into his stage performance, great fucking actor, I mean real top draw, very talented musician and song writer and all around performer who goes about his businesses with very little bad press.

Pays his tax's too

I like him. Went to see his Roadrunner. I had jaw ache. I find his comedy something you can relate to. It's not like other comedians who have to poke fun at others or take the piss of others to make a joke.

..and i think he's quite talented with all the voices and what not. So, i like him.

Love Micky Flanagan though - he's from my part of town so i know what he's on about.

He did do some new stuff, but it was, to me, far from awe inspiring. He ended up doing Bohemian Rhapsody. Again.

Lee Evans hasn't got any new material, his whole act is an impersonation of Norman Wisdom. People found him funny in the 50's.
