If there's a bed there, then yes, usually start between the sheets.

Having said that though, the top sheet doesn't usually stay in place for long!!

Only on our first ever meet. I was so nervous and excited that I was shaking with it and so cold that I had goose bumps. I ended up under the quilt sandwiched between two men to warm me up!
