Life is strange .....

My ex whom I have been divorced from for over 17 years contacts me on FB and declares he loves me, always has, always will and I think WTF he had a bloody strange way of showing his love when we were together!

THEN my first crush from when I was at school contacts me through FB and we had a fantastic date tonight after not seeing each other for 40 years.

Either karma is setting me up for a fall of monumental proportions or my luck may be beginning to change at last!

Strange indeed.

Could it be that abstract idiocy of the internet, where people proclaim things they wouldn't face to face.

Either that or childhood feelings of nostalgia after a few glasses of wine and hey pesto, let's message the ex.

Or it could be your dazzling new leg picture and the feeling of hellooo what a mistake I made.

Loneliness sets in for some people around christmas, our traditions encourage it by making it a family time and a time for socialising and a time for thinking of others.
