Tough choices.

Recently I've found myself having to make a lot of very tough choices.

Choices that... If I got wrong could affect many people.

It's really difficult leading a team, keeping everyone happy, trying to make sure everyone has the best outcome even of its at the sacrifice of my own well being.

I wonder, does leading ever get any easier or am i in for a life of making the hard call?

Any one had any experience in this?

Job changes... Ultimately you should do.what you want.. Otherwise you may regret or muss an opportunity.

Yes and really you can only do it for so long before you crack. You need to be selfish and look after yourself first cuz no one else will. If you're happy everything is much easier to handle. I know it's hard to do but it gets easier and people might give you shit but you can deal with it.
