Breaking Bad is a modern classic and my favourite sitcom is 'Curb a Your Enthusiasm'. But you are right, with every country and their TV out put, there is a lot of rubbish.

I recently got in to Californiacation and Justified. Stalker is shaping up as well. Dexter was great up till season 4. Sopranos was superb. Shame Rome and Deadwood never lasted longer.

rather watch anything american(mostly scifi/fantasy/the odd comdedy) than the fucking pish british tv offers

we have very very few rare programmes I'd watch...and the best ones happen to be our science/nature ones.

i recommend anyone watch Odyssey 5....I watched each 1hr 1/2 episode(20 of them in a few days)...on youtube.Its a little bit old..but has peter weller...a brill story...but one shocking thing I wont discuss...as it caused me pain

Got up to about season 4 of the mentalist, but i'm finding tho its good, its starting to be a bit same-same every episode, and the main story thread is taking too long to hold my interest.

Seinfeld's pretty good,.... Errr the Simpsons,yeah i know the actings shite but the scripts are great and even the baddie is American which makes a change, although at least he's a rich American.

I only watch when I'm working nights. Just finished season 3 American Horror Story. Totally awesome!

I couldn't get into Breaking Bad, well got halfway through season 4 then realised I wasn't enjoying it and was only watching it because every said it was good, so gave up!

Keep dipping in and out of Grimm.

Next is either Game of Thrones or Son's of Anarchy. Haven't decided yet.

On the odd occasion I'm watching TV at home, I usually catch CSI or NSCI.
