I'm absolutely cream crackered after a night shift but I'm resisting sleeping because I don't want to miss anything. Bloody daft, I know.

What stop you from giving in to sleep?

Nothing, once my eyes go that's it I'm gone, usually at about 5am when on nights and driving at 90mph. There's just no fighting it, he says as his eyes start getting heavy, night night all

I,m sitting here like a zombie .. I know when you get on the forums

they are very addictive the nights gone Before you know It I,m borrowing extra time now 4hrs has flown..

John here insomnia if I get anything over 4 hours that`s a good night been like it my whole life so it`s not an issue
