Can any one give me some advise. Used to be on three network and internet was fine then changed to Tesco (O2) and ever since pics and vids on here and other sites are really bad quality and have trouble playing them. Spoke to customer service and they say the net connection is fine ever since I changed I have had problems I use my phone and hotspot for lap top as I have no other connection.

Can anyone enlighten me as what it might be ?

Cheers in advance for any help received

I've found the opposite. I lost 95% of signal moving flat by fifty yards lol Three net was better at old flat

Bristol

I've got no issues with Tesco/O2 other than I'm still waiting for 4G coverage where I am.

Monday night I had dodgy signal in work when I was bored so couldn't log on here or anywhere else for some smut and don't think the works IT policy would approve of this site.

In the North East, I find o2 Internet to be pretty poor. The voice signal is generally good and mostly the internet is displayed as H+ but I still find that the access to and reliability of the internet is very often poor on o2 compared with Three. After saying that, I cannot get a very good voice signal from Three where I live, so what I'm gaining on the swings, I lose on the roundabouts. The sooner the Government force all users to share their infrastructure, the better it will be for the end user.
