50 years maybe, 60 years definitely, 70 years you need to be a paramedic, 80 years is just sick!

For a man the formula is....

Halve your age.

Add 7

That is the youngest you should date

And my rule if thumb is

No daughters of friends

And no friends of daughters

For casual sex though I don't think age should come into it, as long as its legal and consensual, all bets are off lol apart from the daughters rule abovr

Yeah I get it that love conquers all and as long as there's a connection and it's all legal what's the problem etc.

But for me I just feel more comfortable with people I feel I have something in common with and I'm not old enough to be their dad.

So whilst it might be a fantasy to sleep with a nubile young 18 to 21 year old in reality I think the age gap would seem a bit creepy / 'dirty old man'ish to me and I'd have absolutely nothing in common with them (despite it being perfectly legal etc).

Just a personal perspective and absolutely not a criticism of those who are in age gap relationships - if it works for you, great
