Another one of our house favourites,

Get a cooked whole BBQ chicken from supermarket deli when they just about to close, lol, nice and cheap.

Put it in pressure cooker with loads of spuds, peas, carrotts, celery, infact, any veg you can find. Season with ketchup, mustard, bayleaf, worcester sauce, drop of red wine.

Cook on full pressure for 20mins, thicken the juices with powdered mash, if you want.

Take skin off chicken and remove bones. Can eat straight way but best if left overnight to mature.

Best chicken broth you ever tasted

Fresh chopped spring greens lightly sauteed in extra virgin olive oil (10mls) and a knob of butter (5g), with chopped bacon. Sprinkle crispy onions over the top and it's a prefect accompaniment to grilled chicken breasts or pork steaks.

Total calorie count: 400.
