Currently having a new boiler fitted. So I'm stuck at home. I suspect later on today I will mainly be enjoying heating and hot water for the first time in 2 weeks!

If they finish at lunchtime like they plan I may go for a spin on my bike to try and get the stiffness out of my kegs from yesterday's trail half

try using softener to get the stiffness out of your kegs or take them off before yer wank
