Daft question but sure we've all had an occasion where hype was better then the meet? Do you think that on sites such as these trading standards should apply?

The small claims court would be busy, and the complaints of things not fit for purpose could be a bit of an arguement

Cheeseville, Somerset

I'm not sure the Advertising Standards Authority could cope!

Especially with the rise in the use of Tineye and Google Reverse amongst site members!

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

There's certainly a few men on here who could be charitably thought of as sailing close to breaking the Trades Description Act with their pictures

Maybe there's a market for Meet Insurance?

Or perhaps a kite mark?

British standard number? BS6969?

Tina already does FORUM INSURANCE so might be persuaded to branch out. As for the Kite mark, where would it be? Buttocks or bits?

Perhaps all veris should allow people to vote on certain factors. Pace, stamina etc so that they end up with a performance rating

Central

Use a cam chat to review the goods before purchase.

I offer the internationally recognized VWE validation certificate at no charge to fan members. Always accurate to less than 1mm. If they don't display my standards mark, insist they get it, for your own pleasure and security.

Fab mods offer excellent watchdog services, and small claims court might be used for reclaiming cost of refreshments etc, where users are misrepresented.

Never rely on sky remotes and lynx for accurate comparisons.

They would have to employ a lot more people if they did.
