Call my cynical, but when I struggle at times to get a mobile phone signal in the centre of London, how the f@+k can we believe that a robot has landed on a comet 300,000,000 miles away and has sent a message to say it has arrived???

You could of course form ridiculous conspiracy theories about it not really happening despite every point of debate being countered.

I picture the thruster guys being put in a corner with dunce caps on their heads.

This has been 25 years in the delivery.

I'm afraid I have chuckled every time the probe has been described as "the size of small washing machine".

Brilliant achievement and I wonder what it will lead to as new products and innovation we will see back here on Earth.
